Order Status

When to expect your order

Distinctive Stores strives to ship all in stock items within 48 hours.  Most in stock items will arrive in 5 - 7 days, but some items are shipped from the manufacturer and may take longer for delivery.

Order tracking

Distinctive Stores will send an email notifying you that your order has been shipped and what shipping method was used.  If tracking information is available, a tracking number will be provided to you along with the website address to track your order.

Back ordered items

Any items that are currently not in stock will be shipped as soon as they become available.

Canceling or changing an order after it is submitted

If you should decide that you no longer want an ordered item or wish to change your order, please e-mail us immediately at . If your order has already been shipped, you may return the merchandise, but Distinctive Stores will not be able to refund any of the shipping costs.

Distinctive Stores prices their products to provide the maximum discount to the customer.  Distinctive Stores will not provide quantity discounts on the item pricing.  Distinctive Stores reserves the right to limit quantities per customer, in order to meet the needs of all our customers.  Distinctive Stores prohibits purchases made for the purpose of resale.

Substitutions/Availability

We reserve the right to substitute merchandise of equal or better quality if the merchandise requested has been sold out.  Distinctive Stores shall not be responsible for advertising errors.  Due to limited availability and fluctuations in market pricing, Distinctive Stores prices are subject to change without notice.

We ship online orders via FedEx and USPS.

Shipping to a different location other than your billing address

You may change your shipping address during the "Checkout Process" and on the final "Confirmation Page".

International orders

Distinctive Stores has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "International Shipping" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by international credit card, paypal or bank transfer. International checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to international checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.

Which countries do you ship to?

International shipping is currently available worldwide from Distinctive Stores. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including apo / fpo addresses.
